Radar.
Listen to the market.

goodea's proprietary market intelligence system analyses millions of online conversations and transforms them into precise strategies. Four scientific indicators, editorial hook library, CRO audit. Report in 7-10 days.

Radar is goodea's market intelligence system: it scans forums, social media, reviews and SERPs to extract four proprietary indicators (Resonance Index, Emotional Friction Score, Promise-Reality Gap, Trust Volatility Ratio), an editorial hook library and an operational CRO audit.

01 — The problem

Traditional marketing
talks. It doesn't listen.

Surveys are biased. Focus groups are guided. Sales data tells you what happened after, never before. Meanwhile, your market is writing thousands of reviews, posts, comments and threads that say exactly what it wants, what it hates and what it is willing to pay for.

Radar reads all of this and gives it back to you as an operational strategy.

02 — The four metrics

Proprietary indicators.
Not opinions.

Every Radar report returns four scientific indicators, calculated on conversational corpora from your sector. Numbers, confidence ranges, traceable sources.

01 · RESONANCE INDEX™

How much your message resonates

Measures how closely your brand language (claims, taglines, copy) aligns with the words your market uses spontaneously to describe its needs. A high score means you are speaking the same language as your customers.

02 · EMOTIONAL FRICTION SCORE™

Where the experience breaks down

Identifies the points in the customer journey where sentiment drops: checkout, customer service, onboarding, first week of use. Returns the specific moments to address in order to recover conversions.

03 · PROMISE-REALITY GAP™

Distance between promise and perception

Compares what the brand promises across its official channels with what customers report after purchase. A large gap signals reputational risk and imminent churn.

04 · TRUST VOLATILITY RATIO™

Fragility of trust

Calculates how quickly trust in your brand can reverse in the face of a single event (viral review, service episode, price communication). The higher it is, the more exposed you are.

03 — What you receive

05 — Frequently asked questions

What people
ask us most.

What sources does Radar scan?

Vertical forums, Trustpilot/Google/Amazon reviews, public social media (Reddit, X, TikTok comments, public Facebook groups), LinkedIn threads, SERPs, industry blogs. No private data, no scraping of personal profiles. Everything public, everything traceable to its source.

Does it work for niche B2B too?

Yes, but with a caveat: in very small niches the volume of conversations may be low, and Radar works best with a corpus of at least a few thousand documents. During the initial brief we verify whether there is critical mass; if there isn't, we tell you before doing the work.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the breadth of the corpus, the languages involved and the number of competitors to analyse. Radar Standard starts at a base tier; Radar Enterprise (multi-market, multi-language) scales accordingly. A fixed quote within 48h of the brief.

Are the metrics scientifically validated?

The four metrics are proprietary to goodea and are based on established NLP techniques, sentiment analysis, topic modelling and textual statistics. Every report includes the calculation methodology, assumptions and confidence intervals.

Does it integrate with a Digital Plan?

Yes, in fact it is often the first phase of a Digital Plan. Having a Radar before writing the strategy means starting from real market data rather than internal assumptions. We recommend it if you are about to reposition your brand or launch a product.
