04 — Frequently asked questions

Things
people ask us.

How much does a publication cost?

The cost depends on the publication, the number of lines (or modules) and urgency. For the Official Gazette, rate schedules are official and public. For newspapers, we provide a quote within 2 working hours of the request.

Can we pay via MePA or public administration invoicing?

Yes. We are listed on MePA with active contracts, manage CIG/CUP codes, B2G electronic invoicing and split payment. All standard public administration procedures are supported.

What happens if the text is not compliant?

Our editorial team reviews every notice before submission. If it detects non-compliance (regulatory references, formal requirements, missing data), it contacts you within 4 working hours with specific suggestions. The preliminary review is free of charge.

Do you also publish in local newspapers?

Yes. We have agreements with all the main local Italian newspapers. When a notice requires publication in a regional newspaper (e.g. local expropriations, local judicial sales), we handle the insertion directly.

Is urgent publication possible?

Yes, with a surcharge: publication within 24h in most publications, including the Official Gazette when editorial cycles allow. For urgent requests, contact us directly on the dedicated number.
