Most app projects fail not because of technical issues but because of undefined requirements, feature lists that grew out of control, or a launch treated as a final milestone rather than a starting point. We build apps that work and grow.
Goodea develops native and hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android — from requirements definition to store launch, with constant attention to UX, performance and scalability.
A successful app starts with a precise question: what problem does it solve, for whom, and in what context. Goodea's mobile team works on native iOS and Android apps as well as hybrid solutions — the choice depends on performance requirements, budget and the speed-to-market needed. The store launch is not the end of the project: it is the beginning of the growth cycle, with real usage data guiding subsequent iterations.
Start with the Digital Plan →We define functional and non-functional requirements with the client before designing any screen. We choose the technical architecture — native or hybrid — based on required performance, development timelines and product evolution plans.
We design the user experience following the respective platform guidelines — Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android — and develop with short release cycles that allow early feedback before the final launch.
We manage publication on the stores — App Store and Google Play — including review processes and ASO optimisations. After launch, we monitor usage metrics, crash rate and retention to plan subsequent iterations based on real data.
